Documents: 1). Copy of valid Trade License

  2). E - signature Card

  3). Passport copy

  4). Residence Visa Copy

  5). Copy of Establishment Card

  6). A copy of the articles of incorporation if there are partners, as well as an annex including their names

  7). Power of attorney and declaration (legalized by the notary public in the form approved by the Ministry) submitted by the establishment’s national owner or service agent, in addition to a declaration and undertaking legalized by the notary public in the form approved by the Ministry
