Service Description: The first step to register the establishment with the Ministry, give it a number, as well as entering the names and specimens of its owners and authorized signatories,data, and its business activity
Documents: 1). Copy of valid Trade License

  2). Copy of valid lease agreement

  3). Family Book

  4). Establishment MOI Card Copy

  5). Personal photo with white background

  6). A copy of the articles of incorporation if there are partners, as well as an annex including their names

  7). Application to open a UAE national’s or expatriate’s file if there is no personal number for the owner, any of partners, service agent or authorized signatories

  8). Power of attorney and declaration (legalized by the notary public in the form approved by the Ministry) submitted by the establishment’s national owner or service agent, in addition to a declaration and undertaking legalized by the notary public in the form approved by the Ministry

  9). A copy of the license issued from the Ministry of Climate Change & Environment in case of fishing boats

  10). Partnership agreement attested by the Ministry of Economy in case of establishments with limited liability

  11). Certificate from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry if the establishment is licensed to operate as a commercial representative office

  12). A sketch of the establishment's site

  13). Emirates ID card Copy

  14). Sponser Passport Copy

  15). Valid passport / residence visa copy and Personal photo with white background in case that there are authorized signatories
