A copy of the articles of incorporation if there are partners, as well as an annex including their names 6). Application to open a UAE national’s or expatriate’s file if there is no personal number for the owner, any of partners, service agent or authorized signatories 7). Power of attorney and declaration (legalized by the notary public in the form approved by the Ministry) submitted by the establishment’s national owner or service agent, in addition to a declaration and undertaking legalized by the notary public in the form approved by the Ministry 8). A copy of the license issued from the Ministry of Climate Change & Environment in case of fishing boats 9). Partnership agreement attested by the Ministry of Economy in case of establishments with limited liability 10). Certificate from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry if the establishment is licensed to operate as a commercial representative office 11). A letter from the municipality to modify the establishment
